THE WEEK THAT WAS...

We got back into Term 2 with a hiss and a roar, well not literally (eye roll from Room 5) but you know what I mean 😉. 

SYSTEMS: Systems Are Interconnected

We started digging in to our Inquiry this term on Monday and Tuesday by trying to DEFINE what SYSTEMS are. This is what Room 5 found out...

We then took a wonder out to Miss McGibbon's car so that we could have a closer look at an example of lots of related parts working together. I should of got them to wash it...

LIFE EDUCATION

We had our first session with Jenny and Harold on Thursday. Harold and Jenny told us all about The Food System in our body, otherwise known as The Digestive Biscuit, oh, I mean System - The Digestive System. 

We also heard a little about where our food comes from, and what food we should eat more of, and what we should eat less of. 

FACT: Did you know a can of Coke contains 9 teaspoons of sugar?! NINE!!!!
