TARGET AUCTION
TARGET SPENDING
On Thursday 27th of July, Room 5 had a special day for spending some (or all) of the targets we earned last term.
Sometimes we earned targets for homework, getting ready first or doing something really well.
Some of the things that were there to be auctioned, were for example, rulers, sharpeners, rubbers and golden tickets for going out of school and going to have lunch at Subway, Burger King or McDonalds. The people who got them were Nataliah, Yana, Queenie and Mikey.
After, people could buy things that were not supposed to be auctioned like pens, candy/lollies/chocolate and pencils.

TARGET SPENDING by Ula
Last week on Thursday, Room 5 had an auction. There were pencils, pens, rubbers, pencil sharpeners and candy. There were also four golden tickets. Three girls and a boy got a golden ticket. If you got a golden ticket, you get to go out for lunch with the teacher, and then you get to choose what you do next for the afternoon.
The auction was kind of fun and crazy because people kept putting their hands to get the stuff. It went really quickly, and people didn’t know if they had won it. It was a good morning.

CLASS PARTY!!!
One of the things we all ‘bought’ with our targets on Thursday was a Class Party. You had two choices. One was you could pay 5 targets, and then you have to bring food. For example, you could bring cake, cookies or lamingtons. The other choice was you could pay 10 targets and then you won’t need to bring any food. We will also be watching a movie. We are really excited to have it!
