CAUSE and EFFECT

This week we introduced the cause and effect map to the class to help with our writing, and later on, to help our debates. See the photo below and ask your child to explain it to you.

We looked into what a food chain was and were introduced to the terms 

1) PRODUCER

2) PRIMARY CONSUMERS

3) SECONDARY CONSUMERS and

4) TERTIARY CONSUMERS

GIRLS RIPPA TEAM

Our awesome winning rippa team were awarded some pretty special t-shirts this week by some proud coaches. Check them out below...

KIDS FOR KIDS CHOIR

This happened on Thursday night at the Bruce Mason theatre in Takapuna, and just like last year it was AWESOME!!! This is such a cool, fun event and I hope we can grow our choir and take even more next year.

ATHLETICS

Anyway, we have had another great week. After getting blown off from athletics on Tuesday, we managed to go ahead and have a great day on Friday. Sorry there aren't any photos here...I was too busy off drinking coffee...I mean running the Softball Throw. It turned out to be a great day!
